Cannot state how good the rings are from this place. We got my mum's 60th birthday ring from here which she absolutely loves. The ring was a beautiful teal sapphire in a rose gold band, which was exactly what she wanted. They were also able to reset her weddings bands and make them last forever! Thanks for you service!!!!
Absolutely wonderful! Had my mother's rings repaired and resized after they had to be cut off in hospital :( Good as new now and you would never know they'd ever been damaged! Very reasonable cost too. Going back soon to buy a lovely piece of handmade jewellery

I had heard great things about Second Empire Jewellers, so I went in with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. The staff seemed uninterested and disengaged, and the selection of jewellery was underwhelming. I left feeling disappointed and wouldn't recommend this store.

I had to wait quite a while to be helped at Second Empire Jewellers. The staff seemed to be busy and there wasn't enough staff on hand to assist all the customers. Once I was finally helped, the service was decent and I found a beautiful necklace for my wife. Improve the waiting time and it would be a great experience.
