The staff were friendly and accommodating. The journey took about an hour. The passing landscape was delightful. There is a public toilet on board but no shade or a place to sit out of the sun other than in your own car or truck, and no drinking water.
Easy to book, kind assistance to get the van on board and nice people on the boat. Great service all round. Also it’s a magnificent way to see the islands off the coast of Brisbane - a magical place
Ferry and ferry staff excellent. Customer service phone staff gave incorrect information causing extra wokmrk on. While admitting the error was grand, would not make our life easier by standing by what they had said initially.
