Recently, i had worst experience with this agency. You have to be on the phone for 24 hours to pick a shift. However, most of the times right before, 2 hours of this shift the agency will cancel the shift. I understand that aged care will cancel the agency but how its possible that they cancel the agency exactly 2 hrs. So disappointed.
