The satellite communication service was not up to par. The WiFi MXQ Pro 4K 8/16GB HD Android 7.1 Set Top TV Box I purchased for $300 was laggy and unresponsive. It does not work properly for playing Rai Italia. I am disappointed with the product.
The Turkish TV I ordered from these guys did not work properly. Most of the channels were not functioning. When I called customer service, the owner was very rude and blamed my internet connection, even though it works fine. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
