After discovering no hot water and being advised to replace the tank etc, called SDHWS, who came at 7am the next day. After a few minutes or so, diagnosed a faulty element!! Replaced offending part and hot water back.....honest and quality service, highly recommend. Cheers SDWHS.
Quick response and booking. Checked over solar hot water system, identified problem and arranged repairs to be sorted quickly (quicker than I would’ve been able to!) with an assist from Ausgrid. Thanks very much!
