Would give no stars if possible. My mother called seeking advice as we have a family member under coercive control. The woman didn’t understand what that was or what it looks like. Training needed and understanding that victims can be men and a victim can’t always call them and ask for help. Unsatisfactory service, at best
What a joke! Call Full Stop instead for highly qualified staff whom from NSW will not only know what to say while you're in a traumatic state, they will not judge you, in fact one of only a very few places that actually help instead of leaving you feeling more worse off.
Super super supportive, did anything they could to ensure safety and constantly checked in. Made a really bad situation a lot easier. Can’t recommend them higher
