Professional and knowledgeable, great customer service. Terrific spare parts range on site. Because they are good you will likely need to wait for a booking for any servicing but it will get done right at a decent price
Not happy ...my winnebago motorhome blown fuse to 12v fridge and 2 ceiling lights told me it was going to need to be fully rewired 5 to 10 k... done nothing and had the f hide to charge me $210 for absolutely nothing had it fixed next day …
Steve and Matt went above and beyond for us, whilst on our caravan trip along the nsw coast from Victoria and finding we had an issue with our fridge and electrics at Easter! The staff at RV & Caravan Centre were professional and knowledgeable. They provided great customer service and had a terrific range of spare parts on-site. The only downside was that I had to wait for a booking for servicing, but it was done right and at a decent price. Overall, a positive experience.
I had a negative experience with RV & Caravan Centre. My Winnebago motorhome had a blown fuse to the 12v fridge and 2 ceiling lights. They told me it needed to be fully rewired and would cost between $5,000 to $10,000. However, I didn't trust their assessment and had it fixed the next day for much cheaper. I was also charged $210 for nothing. Not happy with their service.
Steve and Matt at RV & Caravan Centre went above and beyond to help us when we had an issue with our fridge and electrics during our caravan trip. They were very busy but made time to see us and diagnose the problem. We were grateful for their assistance and got back on the road quickly.
