Ruby Star Traders have the most beautiful things at affordable prices. I'm a regular customer and have been banned from buying more. I've had only one issue that was dealt with by Karin herself - and it was me using the wrong bulb... They have regular sales and beautiful gifts and ban or not, I'll be back!
Such wonderful service, dispatched my lamps quickly. The lamps arrived and there was a small problem. Ruby Star Traders dispatched two new ones even though I hadn't packed the other ones up yet and sent them back! …
Ruby star remains in my top 3 favourite shops after 15 years! Beautiful hand made wares - always something you must have!
