I came in a couple months ago to purchase a dinner set and still find myself thinking back to how lovely the girl working the store was - made the entire experience enjoyable !!
Attended the store today to buy our wedding crockery. The young assistant could not have been more helpful. She was attentive, gave us some great advice. Helped us pick out a gorgeous dinner set. Honestly the customer service was fantastic.
Shopped in person today at Royal Doulton Outlet In Watertown. It was my first visit to this store. The staff Rezwan and Laura were really kind, very helpful and very enthusiastic about the products. They knew their products really well. Would love to shop there again. Many thanks
