Just enquired about an easement for a property we are purchasing. The lady who answered was super helpful! And friendly! It’s not that often you come across good customer service that isn’t rushing you off the phone or gives up on helping too easy. Thank you for my first pleasant experience in dealing with your council. ☺️

The library has a great selection of books and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. However, I do find that sometimes the wait time to check out books can be a bit long.
I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the public restrooms at the council building. It seems like they are not cleaned regularly and it is quite off-putting.
