The gym is unmaintained and dirty. The staff were unhelpful and uneducated. I made a complaint about the dirty floors but was told they hadn't been cleaned in months. The weight plates were always in disarray.
The pool is fantastic but quite expensive, especially when it's crowded with kids and school groups. It would be great if they offered discounted packages for the summer.
Me and my wife recently moved to Perth from NZ and we love this gym. Chris, the sales manager, is the best. He even had me at Zumba! My wife does crossfit twice a week and I use the gym and sauna through the fifo deal. We're very happy with the facilities.
