Useless store policy. Tried to return some tights in store within 14 days of purchase because they keep slipping down and they would not accept because the manager was not there to approve. How is a customer supposed to know when the manager is working? Give your staff and customers more trust please.
I visited this shop today and was blown away by the quality and range of items and the customer service I received. I highly recommend and it wasn’t anymore expensive than your usual high street brands which I appreciated. The jeans there are the comfiest pair of jeans I’ve ever worn in my life!
