Nick showed us to the section where the electric guitars were displayed, and he took the time to chat with my son and find out what he was looking for. He was patient and understanding with my son's different communication style, and he made him feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Nick talked us through the different options available and gave us lots of helpful advice. He was knowledgeable about the different guitars and explained what made each one unique. He guided my son in trying out a few different guitars and helped him find the perfect one that suited his needs. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that Nick provided, and it made my son's first guitar buying experience a positive one.
