Professor Gabbay diagnosed my respiratory problem in my first visit after two other specialists could not find what was causing a chronic cough I had had for 9 years. My cough is now gone and the underlying cause is being treated. He clearly explained my problem and sent me to a thoracic physio who taught me how to clear my lungs.
The doctor is very patient and professional, but I don't know what the receptionist on the asthma test is arrogant. Talking bad things about the guests in front of the guests, and the guests will look very impatient if they don’t understand.
