very unprofessional, did not even check with me before they make a random booking for me on a week day somewhere 1 hour drive from where I live. What is even worse the chest screen and general tests were booked in two different locations which were 2 hours drive. Called back to reschedule staff was very rude on the phone

Facilities and amenities were below average. The waiting area was uncomfortable and there were not enough seats for patients. Some of the equipment looked outdated and not well-maintained.
The wait time was unacceptable. I had to wait for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist did not give any explanation or apology for the delay.
