Long time customer here - coming back again and again, for about 6 years now:) no other 'big brand' exclusive teas come close to the Red Leaf tea, imho. Quality, price, customer service - all is excellent! Thank you:)!
Lovely tea, my favourites are Irish Breakfast, French Earl Grey (much nicer IMO than the supermarket variety), French Noir and Cafe Breakfast. The $2.50 samples are a great idea and enough for a few cups, am working my way through them!
The web page, ordering system and delivery were seamless. The tea is of good quality and arrives in well sealed pouches or containers. That I can order tasting quantities helps with expanding my tea drinking experiences.
