I rang up today regarding an item. Was told he would check if in stock. 11mins waiting and nothing. Waited a little longer and still nothing. Hung up as frustrated that did not get back with a simple yes or no. Lucky to get a 3 star
Had to take back a pair of shoes, because they squeak. No problem at all. They will even post them out! Great service.
