I have been to this shop multiple times and have had issues with them not being able to find my membership in their system. It has happened about 4-5 times already. The staff asks for my phone number and then can't locate my membership. This is quite frustrating for me as a customer.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a sale going on when I visited the shop. I was looking for winter tracksuit pants and ended up buying more than I originally planned because of the great deals. The staff was friendly and there was a good variety of products available.
I tried to do click and collect but the item I wanted was not available in-store. I switched to delivery, but was disappointed to find out that there was a high delivery fee. In my opinion, delivery should be waived if the store doesn't have the product available.
