Qii conducts Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training course regularly. The course was informative and the trainers were experienced. However, the office staff was unresponsive and it was difficult to get any information regarding my progress. Improved communication and responsiveness from the office would greatly enhance the overall experience at Qii.
The facilities at Qii were clean and well-maintained. The course coordinator was knowledgeable and provided helpful guidance throughout the course. I had a positive experience overall.
