We had a highly regrettable and very frustrating experience with Prestige Metal Works. They quoted for an L-shaped stainless steel bench, sink and splashback at our home in Canberra. It took longer than expected to manufacture (about five weeks), then they lost our splashback in transit, so they had to remake it. When we finally got the materials, they sent an installer who turned out to be a blacksmith. He tried to install what he could, but then a team turned up to install the rest (from the same company). But they couldn’t get it to work; it was poorly made. Nothing fitted properly, there were big gaps everywhere and they also modified our cabinets and pantries. All up, it was a mess.
