I did teacher training with Power almost 2 years ago and have spent 200 hours training and completed another 100 classes at NB. I’ve practiced yoga for nearly 10 years and this studio has been my best experience by far. The vast majority of the teachers are skilled, knowledgeable and supportive. The community is friendly and welcoming. The studio offers a variety of classes, from hot yoga to restorative, and there are plenty of time slots to choose from. Highly recommend!
