Incredibly rude, actually yelled abuse at us just because we weren't sure of the procedure and asked questions. We're tradies and we have never been treated so rudely. We were just after some firewood for home but we won't be using them ever again for anything.

Was completely unwilling (and kinda rude) to offer recommendations or advice on their products, seems like they don't want general public as customers. If you choose to use them, good luck.
