I recommend this place to everyone! This was a highlight of my trip to Hunter Valley and I definitely will be visiting again. Teresa was amazing, provided such great customer service and had a very bubbly, fun personality. Each flavour is so unique and the cocktails were delicious ☺️
Mostly I wanted to try the gin, & I did end up getting a bottle of the Bush Gin to take home. The Native Plum Finger Lime was also nice, but the Blue Island was, to me, a typical example of a tipple that plays up the butterfly pea colour …
