Apart from purchasing a lotto ticket, the main reason to attend was to pickup a parcel. I brought the photo id and the "missed you" card. The attendant asked me for the pin sent to me. I hadn't received one, so she generated one and sent it to my phone. I then read it to her and then received my package. I was a happy customer
Picked up a DHL package. The team were friendly and helpful, despite the chaos that they were facing with power issues and there lotto machines not working. With all that chaos I could imagine that they'd not have time to serve people packages. But they were more than happy to.
