I have ordered from Platinum Lockz for around 2 years now, for personal use and for clients in my salon. I'm sorry that it has even taken this long to write a review! I'm just watching tv and started playing with the tapes in my hair and thought, damn I'm in love with this product. They last about 6-8 weeks in my hair. They are not the best on the market, but the tapes in my hair are beautiful - flat to the head, thick and beautiful.
Had terrible customer service after I had been trying to get in contact for over a week. Danielle said she had tried to call me a few times when in reality I only had one missed call and it was me having to do the chasing. I had a faulty hair extension which I wanted to return. The hair extension was quite expensive and I was really looking forward to using it. But the product was faulty and I had to return it. I found the customer service to be below substandard and will not be purchasing from this company again. Such a disappointment.
