Over-exuberant sales staff at Werribee Plaza 'doing their best' to harass passing shoppers …
Somebody used my phone number to make an account and I’ve told the company numerous times that they have the wrong number as well as having submitted an enquiry online however I am still receiving calls and text messages about my so called plan that I didn’t create and that is not in my name.
I agreed to monthly donations but they have charged my card twice this month and last month they took money one day and again the next.
The over-exuberant sales staff at Werribee Plaza were quite irritating. They were doing their best to harass passing shoppers and it was quite uncomfortable. I hope the company addresses this issue.
