I am travelling Australia and have previously found it hard to get a GP appointment, often being told there were no openings for 2 weeks or not taking new patients. Anyway phoned today to try and get an appointment, spoke to a lovely receptionist who said there was an appointment available tomorrow morning, she asked what the problem was and when I told her she asked if I could come this morning. The doctor was excellent, sorted my problem and I was out within 20 minutes. Fantastic service, can’t thank the team enough.

I had a terrible experience at Pinjarra Doctors Medical clinic. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and the doctor was dismissive and did not listen to my concerns. The wait time was excessive and the facilities were outdated and dirty. I would not recommend this clinic.
