The transaction itself was fine, but we are having big problems with the freight. I live in WA, and the machine was meant to be delivered to a warehouse address. As I am not usually at the warehouse, I requested a call 30 min prior to delivery. The delivery driver called at 3 PM without any prior warning and claimed I wasn't available. We had to reschedule and the whole experience has been a hassle. Disappointed.
