Amazing experience with Photo Xpert Eastland! I had recently decided to take up film photography as a little hobby, and had sent an email to a number of places that would develop film. A lot of places just gave me a short answer, or even no answer at all, but Photo Xpert took the time to really explain the process and answer all of my questions. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. They developed my film quickly and the quality was top-notch. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Photo Xpert Eastland!
Extremely unprofessional staff. I went to have a photograph of new born child for the passport. Since 1 month old is not going to look at her but she started to shout and getting rude and asking baby to look at her. I have to ask the staff member to be careful to take photograph of baby. I think the staff should be at least well manner and should request baby in polite manner. This was bad experience from starting to end. It was waste of time and money.
