New patient details were completed online, email & sms confirmation was promptly received. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly reception team and was seen promptly. Dr. Chin himself was very friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. He was also happy to answer any questions I had. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Overall, I had a great experience at Perth Women's Specialist Clinic. The staff were all lovely and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

She is very gentle during examinations and makes me feel comfortable. Mel the midwife is also lovely and so is Sally the medical Receptionist. I do not recommend Dr Chin at all. I was seeing them for almost 2 years in excruciating pain and advised them I thought I may have endometriosis or PCOS. He laughed at me and advised I didn't have either of those things, and declined to refer me for further testing. I went for a second opinion and was diagnosed with PCOS. Very disappointed with the lack of proper care and treatment received.
