Really happy with the services of dial a doctor. The person I spoke to when making the appointment was caring and gave us an accurate time of when the Dr would visit. Approximately 5-6 hours which we accepted. The only other option was to …
In contrast to all other unpleasant reviews of this service, I have had good experience. My (first) call was answered in 2 minutes, and the GP came in 30 minutes event though I was told of 3 hours of waiting time. The GP, Dr Eva Tan, was great. In short, my best experience so far with home doctors
Left an online booking, and then followed up with a phone call. Stayed on hold for an hour, with a recorded message telling me that I was caller #1 in the queue, before I finally gave up. They rang me EIGHT HOURS later to say that the doctor was fully booked for my area Real handy :/
