After two decades of paying my premiums faithfully, I expected better service. Unfortunately, Peoplecare has fallen short in many areas. They have not communicated policy coverage changes effectively, resulting in unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. The customer service has also been lacking, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Peoplecare.
