Peel dairy had a delivery driver being absent on Saturday and I have no issue with this, unfortunately these things happen, however for a company which operates on Saturday to have no backup plan for their delivery service is unacceptable. I was extremely disappointed as I had ordered dairy products for a family gathering and was left empty-handed. When I called to inquire about the situation, the customer service representative was dismissive and offered no solution or compensation for the inconvenience. I will not be using Peel Dairy again.
