Just been informed by Parkwood homes, that the warranty has expired on our home , for a preexistingting leak, that has been ongoing for the last seven years. Their supposed roofer, if you can call him that, has been out probably 10 times …
Great quality modular homes. You would never imagine what they can build! The current display "granny flat" is stunning. Better than many 2 bedroom apartments out there. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If you are considering building or extending you should check them out.
