Walked passed this store a few months back but it was closed due to the pandemic lockdown. Better luck today. I dropped to looking for a pair of studs for a Christmas gift. It was busy but still the customer service to an uninitiated male like me was excellent. Highly recommended.
Came in today to build a bracelet for my mum’s birthday and Klear assisted me. She was super nice and really helpful. Extremely happy with my purchase and I’m sure my mum will love it!

Despite the store being busy, the customer service I received was excellent. The staff took the time to assist me even though I didn't know much about jewelry.
