Called OHHRC this morning for material aid (food vouchers, parcels ect) and the receptionist reckons yeah they can help me out tomorrow. This would of been ok cept my kids wouldnt be allowed to walk in with me.
Honestly don’t even bother its just another company channeling poor peoples funds stay on the streets keep all your money formulate a plan don't let leeches pretend to help and pay them for the experience of not helping just creating different problems.

The staff did not care about the residents and went through their rooms without their knowledge.
I saw drugs being freely used in the facility and the staff seemed to turn a blind eye to it.
This non-profit organization is the worst, they didn't help me at all and I regret even reaching out to them.
When I called for assistance, the receptionist said they could help me the next day, but my kids would not be allowed to accompany me.
I would advise against contacting this organization, as they do not actually provide any help to those in need.
The staff were not interested in helping the residents and seemed more interested in exploiting their situation.
This organization is a waste of time and money, they do not provide any value to the people they claim to help.
