Great venue for RLFC juniors. Home of the Shearers. Change rooms, stands and food stores. Parking might be limited at the club, so try the Brien Harris Oval oarking area. Hats and sunblock essential. Throw camping chairs in the car just incase. There is a small kids play area on the one corner of the park. Very nice.
Terrible code of conduct for junior rugby league team. I witnessed on weekend U16 Ormeau girl players and their friend/family punch and choke the other team on field . And to high five the same players that done this act at end of game is terrible. Disgraceful to women’s Rugby League.
Nice big fields, with decent facilities. Appear to have some drainage issues, as was plenty of large puddles a few days after downpour.
