My experience with optima was absolutely tremendous. The cleaner Jazz did a great job. The best thing was he didn't left any marks or mess behind after finishing his work. I would definitely recommend jazz for cleaning jobs

Do not use Optima Cleaners. We pre-booked them for our bond clean inc. carpet cleaning and received confirmation email and text messages. Advised the cleaner would arrive at 8am, but 1h 10m later still no cleaner… Rang their customer service and was advised the cleaner couldn't come until midday (no prior notification). We had tenants moving in at 2pm so we cancelled the cleaner and received a refund as we couldn't wait until midday. Very disappointing
