I was appalled at the attitude of the two staff members handing out masks today. They are the first impression of this wellness centre, and I'm sure Olivia would not have condoned their condescending attitudes. This is a centre for people to get well and I would expect a smile, and a positive attitude from them, as a given.
I am so grateful and feel blessed. Doctors and nurses are so wonderful kind-hearted, Victorian so lucky to have ONJ cancer centre, I can not say thank you enough to everyone at 6 south ward, Oncology Drs ,Drs and Nurses at Austin emergency too❤️❤️❤️❤️???????????????? …
Had to go in for kidney surgery and short stay of 4 nights . the staff are amazing and do a great job so helpful,patient and have a loverly bedside manner. Could not fault them or this hospital at all.they do a amazing job and a Special …

The wait times were longer than expected and reservations were not properly managed. The ambiance and decor of the center is outdated and could use some improvement. However, the quality of services provided by the staff was exceptional and the facilities and amenities were satisfactory. My personal experience was positive and I believe the treatment provided was valuable for money. Overall, I had a good experience, but customer service could be improved.
