Unprofessional attitude when I rang to ask for information, twice. Had to follow up because they didn’t get back to me. After 2 calls I gave up and spent my money with another supplier.
Always super quick to our office on the rare occassion our printer has an issue, the technician even popped in just to make sure everything was working after the problem was efficiently resolved over the phone.
Don't call back when say they will. Try to book by email don't respond. Not very good customer relations.
