I am disappointed with the customer service and the quality of service provided. After receiving my Toyota Kluger 2015 (Major service), I noticed that white dust was coming into my cabin while using the air conditioner. I informed the staff but they did not take any action to fix it. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
We've been here to do car service for Landcruise in June. After the service, 3 fault lights came on and when I went back to the shop, they had no idea about those lights. They asked me to go back to the car dealer for assistance. Very disappointing.
