I have had over the last couple of months the need to make changes to my policies, I cannot give the staff high enough praise for the help they have given me, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They are certainly highly recommended.
The phone operator was very pleasant but they wouldn't price match after being with them for 30 plus years I just thought they wouldn't like to loose a customer but it doesn't work that way anymore
