Went in today to get 2 bolts. Spoke to a guy in the warehouse. He told me to head into the showroom. I stood there for 10 minutes with the same guy walking around out back looking at me. No other staff around. I left and went to Brisbane fastners which actually had good customer service.
Great to deal with and a decent range of fasteners and associated bits and pieces. …

I went to Northside Fasteners to get some bolts, but the staff ignored me and I had to leave. I ended up going to Brisbane Fasteners where I received good customer service.
Great to deal with and they have a decent range of fasteners and related products.
