Typically busy day for this team . But they kindly took the time to assess our caravans awning and researched the options to fix our issue .
There was no experience, they couldn't fix my caravan for 16 weeks, so I ended up having to fix it myself, if it had been fixed properly in the first place I wouldn't have had the same issue the second time around.
Have had my last van serviced here and was very happy but disappointed after my first service for my new Jayco. Asked them to address two very minor issues. Was told everything was fixed (was on invoice) but came home to find hadn’t even …
