I bought a Northsolar NS-200WB hot water system. The system worked great for 14 months. At which time the tanks internal copper heat exchanger developed a hole and the system failed. Northsolar sent a replacement tank which again failed after a short period of time. I am very disappointed with the quality and durability of the product.
