Went in Saturday and purchased 1m3 of Garden Soil, paid for and was delivered within the hour. Top service and good quality soil.
I am very annoyed with North Brisbane Landscape. The delivery invoice had a 20% "Petrol Surcharge" added on top of the delivery charge. I was not informed of this charge when I ordered. Silly me did not check the invoice before paying. It feels like a hidden fee and I am not happy about it.
I paid over $1K to have 8 pallets worth of boulders delivered by these guys about a year ago. Upon arrival, I asked the driver to use my neighbour's adjacent driveway and leave the rocks in my backyard (fence had already been taken down in preparation). The driver refused, stating that company policy prevented him from driving onto private property. I argued that I had permission from my neighbour (also his driveway) and he’d have no difficulty making the delivery. Despite my pleas, they dropped the rocks in the street and drove off. A delivery woman was driving the truck, and a male employee was with her. When I called the company to complain, they got defensive and explained that they had to enforce company policy in case something went wrong. I told them that if saving 5 minutes of their time and a few dollars in wages was more important than my satisfaction as a customer, they didn't have to worry about my satisfaction ever again. Since then, I have spent thousands of dollars with other companies who are more than happy to drive their delivery truck onto my property upon request. Beware of these guys.

They told me that I could return the gravel, but I would have to pay for the return delivery and there would be a restocking fee. I was not happy with this solution as it was their mistake, not mine. I ended up having to keep the wrong gravel and go elsewhere to buy the correct type. I would not recommend this store.
