I am writing this review to express my disappointment with Nitschke regarding their agreement for grease trap services. Despite being a loyal customer, I found the terms of the agreement to be unfair and unjust.
I have dealt with Allen and Mike for the past 19 years and have found them to be excellent operators, well versed in their business and very much customer orientated.
I live in the Barossa Valley and wasn't sure if these guys would come out my way to pump our septic so left an email and they rang back the next day with the good news. The guy that came out was extremely professional, he knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
I called Nitschke to schedule a septic system service and was pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service. The representative on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough job. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Nitschke for septic system services.
