Customer Service? Products are great however we’ve had a couple of experiences when after we’ve placed and paid for an order they’ve advised us that they’re either out of stock or it’ll be there in a day or two but takes weeks! Not helpful for a busy small business.
I bought 7 box of commercial knives and after a single wash they all got rusted. I called them and they said that it’s my fault. I have contacted the authorities to del with this malpractice of Australian consumer law. Do not aspect any customer service if something goes wrong.
