Hey ordered an item a few weeks ago, I asked for a invoice so I could prepay and they sent me a pro forma invoice. I stated that I needed a tax invoice as it is illegal in Australia to pay on a proforma invoice. I called the tax office and they confirmed, they have seen that this company is doing this so I have told them I will be contacting the AFP for investigation. Stay away from this company, they are doing illegal activities and trying to hide their tracks by giving me the run-around. I will be adding updates on a few more sites for this company just to ensure everyone knows about their dodgy practices!

I called before I drive saying I will be around 5 as it’s a long drive and I don’t want to go there for nothing that happens in a few occasions. I talked to a guy and as I called back around that hour he told me: sorry the item is unavailable!! Not excuse, no compensation for the trip for nothing. So frustrated!!
