Seems like an ongoing thing to be put on hold for long periods. I’m not going to wait past 30mins. What’s the point in having a call centre if no one’s going to pick up just ridiculous!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Get your shyt together
Who ever is working at this office are bloody useless. Was put on hold twice for an hour then finally when I think its my turn they hang up on me. Everyone there needs to get fired. And office needs to get shut down permanently ASAP!!! Waste of time!!!!
Living in Melbourne and realised I had lost my NZ Passport 3 days before travelling to Europe. Within 48 hours I had a new passport waiting for me at the Sydney office. After completing the online application, I gave them a call. I was on hold for a few minutes before speaking to a helpful staff member who explained the process and guided me through it. The staff at the office were efficient and friendly, making the experience stress-free. They provided me with a new passport quickly and I was able to continue with my travel plans. Highly recommended.
